Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we store the details you provide — your name, contact details, interests and message — so our team can reply and help you choose a track.

Student accounts

A student account stores your username, email address, a securely hashed password, and the AI Prep Test results you save, so you can see your progress over time. Our team can see account details and saved results to support your learning.

Plans and practice

If you choose a plan, we store which plan it is and when your access ends. As you work through a programme, we store your answers, XP, streaks and progress so we can show your journey, progress insights and leaderboard positions. Leaderboards show your username, not your email address. Plans started during early access were free, so we hold no payment details for them.

Plan waitlist

If you tap “Notify me” on a plan, we store your email address and the plan you chose, only so we can tell you when that plan opens. To be removed from the list, contact us and we will delete it.

Shared badges

When you share a badge, anyone with the link can see your username, your state, the badge and your rank at the time you shared it. If you hide yourself from the leaderboards, your shared badge pages are hidden too.

Games

The games on our blog work without an account. If you put a round on a game leaderboard, we store your nickname (or, if you are logged in, your username) and your results, and they are shown publicly on that leaderboard and on any result link you share — so please pick a nickname rather than your real name. A cookie keeps your player identity on your device so your rounds stay together; we store only a scrambled (hashed) copy of it. If you hide yourself from the leaderboards, your game results are hidden too. If you played without an account and later log in on the same device, we ask before moving those rounds into your account. Deleting your account deletes your game rounds too.

Taking the Prep Test without an account

You can take the AI Prep Test and see your results without signing up. Your answers are stored without your name or contact details for 24 hours, so you can save them to a new account; if you don’t, they are deleted.

Your choices

To update or delete your information, contact us and we will help. Students under 18 should involve a parent or guardian when creating an account or enrolling.
